"Loved the historical features in the hotel and room whilst it still felt modern and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site restaurant was great food and convenient - we were even able to take wine back to our room from there even though it's separately operated from the hotel. Room was spacious - though we requested one bed, we were allocated a twin room - not a big deal as the beds were still comfortable, it just wasn't acknowledged that the room preference could not be met....

We arrived extremely late due to a flight delay, but we were met by a member of their staff who drove to the hotel after midnight to check us in. "The hotel is nice but there is no AC and it gets VERY hot in Calafate in the afternoons during summer. There’s no AC in the lobby either to be able to cool off. The bedrooms could be updated as they are a little outdated and so is the bathroom. "
