Overall, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel which was conveniently located near the bus terminal. Staff was friendly and responsive to queries on what to do in the surrounding area. Areas of improvement include 1. Use of heavy room keys was an inconvenience 2. We had a early morning flight but reception did not open on time at 6:30 as stated so we couldn't check out properly (other guests on same flight faced the same issue despite hotel staff booking our taxis and knowing we had leave at 6:35) 3. Toiletries came in sachets which were difficult to use and were of average quality

Great room. Breakfast very good. Not soundproofed well so sound carried and echoed down corridors. Rooms very clean but floor needed a sweep daily

Easy to find. Great check-in, Adriana is excellent, spacious room. Easy parking. Breakfast is okay. Needs air-conditioning. Neighbours were noisy, not the hotels fault.

They abandoned us at the airport. We arranged to have a taxi pick us up after our flights from BA and take us to the hotel. Our flight was delayed, but they assured us it was no problem. They’d take care of us. When we landed there was no taxi, and the front staff had already left for the night. They never gave us an emergency or after hours number. We were on our own. When we finally got to the hotel it was past midnight, and all of the kitchens at all of the restaurants had already closed. They also seemed very willing to up-charge foreign tourists. $220 for a hotel-provided taxi to the park? $24 taxi from the airport? Don’t go through the hotel for anything arrange things on your own Stay away!

It is a pity that things are misinterpreted, at the front door was the sign with your name and emergency number.On the other hand we contacted you privately asking for arrival time and advising that our reception closes at 11pm, besides that we sent you a one minute video explaining step by step how to enter the hotel and at the same time the code of our side door so you can enter your room. regarding the cab we are the connection between the driver and the tourist so that the guest has a better service, if you received a bad treatment from the driver or a cobrode more than the agreement between both parties should have reported it in recpcion making the claim so that we make the corresponding discharge in the driver. due to the extra charge in foreigners we charge what corresponds to the agreed rate (all methods of payment used are guaranteed by law).I apologize if at any time you felt a bad treatment from our hotel, we hope you can come back to visit us and have a warm stay!

A young inexperienced hotel. Yet they tried their very best to please us. And they did a pretty good job too. Lobby and breakfast area too warm. Like the rooms! Better breakfast, perhaps including eggs to order would make a difference

Me gustó mucho el hotel. La amabilidad del personal es extraordinaria. El desayuno muy variado. El hotel es relativamente nuevo. A 15 minutos caminando del centro.

Excelente, tudo novo, limpo e funcionando. Conforto e boa localização. Única obsevação é com relação à tempertaura interna, que dependendo do dia fica meio quente, mesmo com a janela aberta, mas entende-se pois é preparada para o frio. ÓTIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!!!

Hotel básico e novo
O hotel é novo, mas não fica no centro e está a cerca de 1.2 km. Dá para ir andando ou usar táxi, há um ponto próximo na direção da rodoviária. É um hotel básico, o quarto e banheiro são espaçosos. Há apenas calefação, não tem ar condicionado. Tivemos dias quentes e fez muita falta. Dá para abrir a janela, porém o hotel não tem muros. No quarto que ficamos, tínhamos a vista das ruas por trás do hotel. Apesar da cidade ser segura, não estamos acostumados e dormimos mal. O cafe da manhã é simples, mas atende bem. Há um bebedouro que podemos utilizar durante a estadia. Os funcionários são gentis e nos atenderam muito bem.

O hotel é ótimo e os funcionários da recepção são excelentes e muito atenciosos. Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso. O único ponto negativo é que é um pouco distante do centro, mas os taxis são baratos, vale a pena!

The staff at this place is amazing! 2 days before my arrival, they contacted me on WhatsApp to make sure I had everything I would need for my stay ready. They arranged a taxi service to pick me up at the airport and also, they made sure to arrange and manage some of the activities, like our trip to the Perito Moreno glacier. I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Definitely a 10/10.
