Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

Beware of sewer smell!!! Sewer leakage right next to the buffet restaurant and sand volleyball place (chronic, been there for months). Two out of three men’s stalls out of order for the duration of our trip (week), horrid smell again (located behind the Italian restaurant). Moldy room smell! Small percentage of staff understanding/speaking English. Overall, horrible experience. Had to upgrade to a non-moldy room and pay extra. Would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone!
