Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and so willing to help with your every need. The rooms are great and the bed is amazingly comfortable. The roof top area is brilliant with fantastic views. This was our 3rd visit and we’d happily come back time and time again.

Vila Damunt Suites are fabulous. The location is outstanding, and the view from the room was stunning. The rooms are spacious and very nicely appointed, modern and function very well. The reception staff, Dobromira and Annie were extremely helpful, we were grateful for their tips. I highly recommend the suites and will stay again when we return to Palma

Having travelled the world extensively for many years we have stayed in many hotels but this boutique hotel stands out as probably the best overall experience we have ever had anywhere. The hotel is situated on a beautiful, tree-lined boulevard in the most select part of the city. Our room (number 6) was palatial and very quiet at all times. It was furnished and decorated to an exceptional standard with a huge, comfortable bed, superb bathroom and our own private courtyard with potted plants....

We arrived at Concepcio by Nobis and we were greeted by the lovely hotel manager who welcomed us and gave us a tour of the hotel. Every single thing about the hotel was perfect, the decor was SO aesthetic and the food/drinks were gorgeous. However, above everything was the service. We have never met such attentive, kind, funny, lovely staff members before. They truly care for you and made our stay so much more special. Friendly welcome, lovely modern hotel and very clean. Also very quiet, no traffic noise at night and didn’t hear other guests either. Would definately stay here again.

Hotel has a central location surrounded by amazing shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and spoke great English. Pool on the roof and spa were incredible - only negative is there's no shade on the roof !

This hotel is very well situated above the marina with a great view across the bay from the terrace bar to Palma Cathedral. I travelled with my elderly mother and although the hotel has a lot of steps she was able to manage well. Staff are universally friendly and helpful. There is a small selection of bar meals which was very good. The cost of food and drinks is very reasonable considering the surroundings and service. We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Palma. Our suite was beautiful. Large and very comfortable with a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also extremely large with very good amenities. This hotel has one of the best Spas we have seen. It is truly wonderful. The hotel is right on the harbour and easy walking distance to the cathedral snd into Palma. Our room was on the 7th floor, amazing view of the whole harbour. The road outside is busy snd some roadworks going on but it didn’t cause a problem. Room was clean, spacious and obviously recently refurbished. Pool and terrace area not huge but could always get a sun bed. Nice bar and food served too. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly english speaking staff. I’d recommend.

I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back.

very classy-if 14th Century paintings are your thing--and the odd suit of armour- oh and GOLF- Exceptionally comfortable beds -the first bathroom I've ever actually coveted-French brass fittings -nice pool/s (indoor and out) -restaurant expensive if compared to Palma prices (20 minutes by bus -every 1/2 hour out -on the hour back) breakfast buffet excellent. Nice touch in room --a special drawer that housed a collection of glasses -so appropriate one for whiskey/Cava/wine could be used.

I have been fortunate to stay in many wonderful hotels over the years. Never have I submitted a hotel review - until now. I think that says it all. A total lack of pretentiousness. Wonderfully warm, genuine and incredibly efficient staff. Impeccable service. Truly beautiful location.

The hotel was wonderful. It's great location meant there was easy access to the beautiful marina. There was an excellent bus service to nearby Palma Nova, Illetas beach and Palma. A geat base to explore the area but also a lovely pool area for a lazy day in the sun

We loved everything about it. Anyone looking for tranquility and space will find it there.
