A basic hotel but that’s all you need. Clean beds, air conditioning, a really good continental breakfast, really good bar prices, a basic pool to dip into, fantastic friendly staff .. and best of all,.very little English! It is mainly in a Dutch / German / Spanish resort . We loved it! It is close to the sea front, took us about 10 mins to walk down..a bit longer to walk up hill lol!: we got the bus from airport 5.50€ we also took train on front . Great places to eat .. again all fab service ....

Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Comfortable room, clean and quiet. Hotel facilities were good and the kids enjoyed the large pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly.

This is the nicest and best run hotel I have ever stayed in, and that includes some major hotels. We arrived early and were greeted with a free upgrade of room, and an invitation to enjoy the breakfast buffet while we waited for our room to be ready (30 mins well spent). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and had lots of good neighborhood information. The house staff did an immaculate job on our room every day and were very cooperative and accommodating. We had a spectacular view...

The Barceló Pueblo Park is a very nice hotel (we stayed in a superior room that was quite a bit larger than the standard offering ).Food is of a good standard and plenty of choice for continental hotel .The staff are very good most with very good English ,considering the resort is dominated by a German presence - loud but a lot better behave than if it was a British resort!!. The hotel has a smallish pool area which can be difficult to get a sun bed if you go down after 9am .

We were given a free upgrade to the Rui Bravo which was a nice suprise.

November but we got some superb weather very settled all week and the sea view from our superior suite saw the Med looking like the proverbial mill pond. STAFF. We found them help full. Had much more interaction with the bar staff, we found all waiters and bar staff to be very professional. I believe the key is maturity, all aged perhaps 35+ they know what is needed. BOARD CHOICES. We booked on a Half Board basis something very rare with ourselves as we like to get out and about as you will have...

Amazing service, a lovely clean room and a comfy bed. 10min drive from the airport and a few minute stroll away from the nicest beach. Only stayed one night, check out was at 11am however as my flight home was at 6:30pm they allowed me to use the hotels facilities and showers for the day and called me a taxi when i requested (there is also a very nice pool with a swim up bar!) :)

We went and stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and were so upset to leave!! The hotel is really lovely especially the lobby and bar area. The art and decor really was beautiful and very trendy. The staff were so friendly and really helpful when giving recommendations about where to go and what to do. If you're renting a car and staying here I would definitely recommend taking a trip to Cala pi beach it's beyond stunning!

Hotel was faultless. Comfy beds, clean, nice food quality drinks and service. Excellent location, close to beach, bars, restaurants and bus stops right outside 👌

From the moment we entered this hotel we new it was special,All the staff were very helpfull,The rooms were spotless and the food was to die for.Close to everything you needed we even hired bikes from the hotel 5 euros and cycled to Palma on the cycling track which runs outside the hotel with breathtaking views along the way.Great night entertainment and real value for money with the drinks.Everyone we spoke to at the hotel said they would return.Booking our next trip here as soon as possible.

The best hotel I've stayed in for many years. Great location, fabulous staff (so helpful), gorgeous food, lovely rooms. A lovely base to explore Palma from.
