A basic hotel but that’s all you need. Clean beds, air conditioning, a really good continental breakfast, really good bar prices, a basic pool to dip into, fantastic friendly staff .. and best of all,.very little English! It is mainly in a Dutch / German / Spanish resort . We loved it! It is close to the sea front, took us about 10 mins to walk down..a bit longer to walk up hill lol!: we got the bus from airport 5.50€ we also took train on front . Great places to eat .. again all fab service ....

Our 3rd time staying here and as usual we felt like royalty The manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home and very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Comfortable room, clean and quiet. Hotel facilities were good and the kids enjoyed the large pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly.

This is the nicest and best run hotel I have ever stayed in, and that includes some major hotels. We arrived early and were greeted with a free upgrade of room, and an invitation to enjoy the breakfast buffet while we waited for our room to be ready (30 mins well spent). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and had lots of good neighborhood information. The house staff did an immaculate job on our room every day and were very cooperative and accommodating. We loved our short stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been looked after any better. Everything was spotless and even though we had a standard room it was perfect for the time we stayed. The staff ( especially Marko on reception ) were superb. We were also fortunate to dine in the roof top teppanyaki restaurant which was a nice treat. The room overlooked the sea and was very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast spread was probably the best I have experienced over the past few years. Everything was "topped up" by very efficient and friendly staff. Real orange juice was on tap....beautiful. Special mention to Sara in the Bar and the Chambermaid who kept our room so fresh and clean each day. Taxi or bus was only 50 yards away, and the sea front was a cycle friendly promenade. Overall the hotel was quiet and very relaxing...

Really great hotel. The room was amazing, and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a shame the bar closed at 4.20pm. The staff are very friendly but everything is quite slow.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa area was very relaxing, was mainly german guest who dont usually wear anything in the spa area which was a shock at first. Rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a buffet of many options, caters for all which was also very nice. Not much open around this time of year but if you want the hussle and bussle palma is €1.50 away on the bus which stips directly outside the hotel. The Barceló Pueblo Park is a very nice hotel (we stayed in a superior room that was quite a bit larger than the standard offering ).Food is of a good standard and plenty of choice for continental hotel .The staff are very good most with very good English ,considering the resort is dominated by a German presence - loud but a lot better behave than if it was a British resort!!. The hotel has a smallish pool area which can be difficult to get a sun bed if you go down after 9am .
