"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "

"I truly enjoyed my stay here this entire week. The Staff is extremely friendly and courteous, they are always available and willing to help in any way they can. Particularly the following Staff members who were extra special Zemen, Dianela, Hani, winta, and Warda they all made my stay truly special! The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was particularly delicious and was available for all morning long. The lounge is very comfortable and quiet for reading or listening to music on headphones. The bar and kitchen was great! Hamburgers are excellent! Beers are cold and satisfying! My room had plenty of space and plenty of towels and soaps. I thank Zemen, Dianela, Hani, winta, and Warda very much appreciate their kind service! "
