"My stay was very extravagant I felt like the princess that I am from the time I arrived until my check the check in process was very smooth and convenient the entire experience made me feel like I was visiting with family hospitality polite professionalism was top tier and the breakfast burrito was my favorite so tasty and delicious the staff in the restaurant made me feel like I was waking up to have breakfast with family I felt so warm a welcomed the rooms where clean and spacious and the full gym allowed me to perform regular workouts I was visiting home and that’s exactly how it felt I highly recommend I will be back whenever I return home to visit I would give 100 stars if I could thanks to all staff members to a job well done."

"We just loved this hotel. Everything about it was terrific. The staff were so accommodating. Our breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The location was just perfect to go to Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach, Naples. Great restaurants close by. Our suite was so comfortable. We travel quite a bit and this hotel is at the top of our list."

"Some warm food would have been nice for breakfast. Parking seemed fine, room was nice with a spotless, great shower. Everything was nice and clean."

"Check-in is pretty automated with the machines there. Didn’t have issues with parking when arriving before 5pm. Seemed more full after 11pm. I don’t eat the breakfast there, not many options. Tv doesn’t have many channels but it did have the options to change the input and being careful, I was able to access the hdmi so I could plug my laptop in to watch Netflix. Internet was slow but worked for streaming ok. There is a gas station and McDonalds within walking distance which is nice if you want a drink or snack. The desk chair in my room seemed rather worn out from previous guests not taking care of the furniture in the room and now it doesn’t roll very well. Overall, I love this place. I’ve stayed here probably 15x. "

"The water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Also, there was a fan in the bathroom but no switch to turn it on. The room was large and the A/C worked well. The breakfast left something to be desired."
