"Leider konnten wir nicht ins Zimmer. Nach 1/2 Stunde am Telefon und gefühlt 100 Versuchen den immer gleichen Code einzutippen wurde endlich jemand „vor Ort“ benachrichtigt. Es vergingen dann noch einmal 20 Minuten um festzustellen, dass die Türe sich mit dem Code nicht öffnen ließ. Es gibt einen sehr großen Getränkeautomaten im Frühstücksraum mit tatsächlich einer einzigen Flasche Bier drinnen. Alkoholfreie Getränke gibt es aus der Wasserleitung. "Das Zimmer war einfach gehalten aber sauber. Leider gab es nur ein kleines Handtuch pro Person. Da könnte man noch ein großes anbieten. Auch wenn es Energie spart, ist es im Winter sehr kalt wenn die Heizung bei Ankunft abends komplett kalt ist. Ansonsten gibt es aber keine große Kritik."

"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...
