"After an awkward initial conversation with my host caused by poor communication through hotels.com, and me arriving at a slightly inconvenient time, everything worked out fine. The apartment is a little dated but has everything you need. There is no parking on site but on street parking is available nearby (up the hill!) and very well connected by frequent buses into the centre of the beautiful old town. I only stayed one night but it was ideal for that brief visit. If you like Riesling and...

What a beautiful place to stay, an old convent, peaceful surroundings.
There are no staff, however everything is easy to find, coffee machine, tea’s, a fridge full of drinks in the main entrance. (Honesty box)
Three minute walk to the Lindhoffer Gaststätte for a typical German breakfast, plenty of Coffee etc.
We ate there in the evening, the rump steak was delicious and tender, other options were superb.
It’s not the Hilton ok !!! , but it’s a truly comfortable and cosy experience. Enjoy x

We stayed here for a visit to Koblenz and the Rhine and its position 10 km outside the city in the countryside was perfect. The room was medium size and had everything you could need provided. We asked for extra pillows and these were provided immediately. The restaurant food was excellent.

Why don’t the English speaking peoples of the world view Germany as a holiday destination? The Rhineland is the the equal of all the most beautiful places on Earth, equal to the Lake District, Cornwall, the West Coast of Ireland and the Highlands of Scotland! My hosts spoke perfect English and were incredibly kind to my boy who celebrated his 8th birthday there. This is a great place to stay, right in the middle of the Rhine, please visit Drachenfels like Lord Byron! Somewhere near here the...

The hotel looks modern and very well maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very good, with a surprisingly wide selection for a three-star hotel. We stayed in a standard double room, and it was much bigger than we expected. The bed was also extremely comfortable.
Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
