"Very funny and helpful staff, we loved our room and it was a convenient location next to the train station."

"Wouldnt recommend. Staff did their jobs but werent particularly welcoming. Signs said we could use the microwave so after buying meals we were told there was no microwave- waste of money. Breakfast wasnt worth the amount of money we had to pay. The rooms clearly weren't cleaned properly as i ended up with a splinter of metal in my foot - luckily it was me and not my young child. Convenient for the airport and nothing else"

"My recent stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Airport was unfortunately disappointing. From the moment of check-in, the service felt rather impersonal. The staff were polite but not particularly welcoming, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or engagement. As a paying guest who carefully compared several hotels in Zurich before choosing Mövenpick, I expected a more hospitable and attentive experience. Cleanliness in the room also did not fully meet expectations. I noticed dust on the table surfaces, and the bed itself was uncomfortable due to a noticeable joint or separation in the mattress, which made it difficult to rest properly. Hospitality is not only about providing accommodation but also about creating an environment where guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. During my stay, the overall atmosphere felt quite cold, with little visible effort to create a positive guest experience. For these reasons, I would be hesitant to choose this hotel again or recommend it to friends at this stage. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively, as improvements in service attitude, attention to detail in room preparation, and overall guest engagement could significantly enhance the experience for future visitors."

"A poorly run hotel with disengaged staff. Rooms need renovations. Rooms designed poorly. Very small shower and toilet. Night staff was rude and not interested providing good service. I would avoid this hotel."

"This hotel is a great value for the price. It’s located 7 minutes bus ride to the airport. A train station opficon is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The train ride to the Center of Zurich is 11 minutes and the trains are running every 20 to 30 minutes. Since I arrived from New York early I arrived at the hotel at 10 -11 am the hotel manager at the reception gave me a room right then so I didn’t have to wait till12:00 for a check in. "

"Very friendly staff. We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time so we inquired about luggage storage. The staff informed us that our room was ready. This was a huge help! We dropped our bags, grabbed a very helpful train station paper in the lobby, walked about 5 minutes to the train station and we were touring Zurich about 15 minutes later."
