"Stayed 6 nights arriving on a Monday for check in. The weekday breakfast included a variety of gluten free and dairy free options. I was very impressed with the choices available for me. I was disappointed when Saturday/ Sunday arrived and the breakfast options were all gluten AND dairy based. I understand differences in weekend guests but the area where the hard boiled eggs, and fresh fruit had been available all week was not in use on the weekend. The hotel was very quiet throughout the week even with the influx of travel sports families on the weekend. The hot tub was spacious and relaxing. Overall, I would recommend with the advice that breakfast on the weekend is not allergy friendly."

"Room was filthy, had mold, strong mildew smell made me sick, & housekeeping clean. Had to clean shower, countertops, drawers, & tabletops myself. Stains and spatter on walls, baseboards, chair, recliner, ottoman, mini-fridge cabinet & light switches. Front desk staff didn't care, acted like I was being difficult. Was made so sick by mold infestation in room I couldn't function for days. Housekeeping entered my room hourly when I booked a late check out, waking me up after a night of insomnia. Repeatedly asked for management to resolve the issue or contact me — especially when they downgraded me to a queen from a king & didn't adjust the price — but they never did. Found mold behind the peeling wallpaper in bathroom right after I packed up to leave. Thermostat doesn't work. Could be a wonderful hotel if they made all rooms habitable & had housekeeping actually clean rooms. Front desk staff, other than one kind young woman, were quick to anger, roll their eyes, & blame guests for their "complaints." I've never had such a horrible experience at a hotel in my entire life. Not even at a Super 8. This hotel needs new ownership because it's being left to rot. They only care about large companies & conventions that book out the hotel for their events. Don't even try to hide their apathy for regular hotel guests. One employee literally laughed at my ADA Accomidation request, after not giving me the handicapped accessible room I booked. I was put in physical pain & humiliated."

"The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues."

"Ended up having to leave. Unbelievable unprofessional staff at check-in. Arrangement had been in place for us to pay at the property and for a late arrival the evening of check-in, approved that day. Arrived to check in and the room with my name attached had someone else in it with a $200 hold as well. Inquired about getting my name removed with someone else had checked in and was not me- staff said she must not have verified their ID and management would have to approve my name being removed, the staff member briefly left the counter to check the room and refused to give us a different room. She said you won’t be happy here you have to leave. She also did not remove my name from the room when I called the hotels corporate office I was still checked in the next morning. I demanded my name be removed from the room and the $200 hold removed under my name when I wasn’t the person utilizing the room. She said she needed management approval. We had to find another hotel at 11PM that night. Scary to say the least! uncertain we would be able to find another property with an open room so late. Another 10 minute drive to a different chain we got lucky. I filed a police report in case our money is not refunded. I would like to utilize the insurance I paid for, due to the inconvenience and for them not properly checking identification upon check in allowing some random person to be in a room with my name and credit card attached. "
