An renovated hotel that seems to go through intensive renovation. Good spa and pools. Decent breakfast. Very Small rooms and little to do in the evening (mostly for the kids)

Much better than we expected.

The room was a little small for us. It would have been good to have a little more storage space. The customer service was the best we have ever had in Romania! Staff was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. The food at the buffet was tasty and healthy. The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful. We loved the window seat, which was comfortable and gave us a great view over the sea. We stayed in room 510. Overall, a very good experience!

Direkt nach er Ankunft im Hotel und Zimmer, schmutz auf dem Fußboden, ein benutzter Plastikbecher unter dem Bett, ein Halter der Duschbrause der abgebrochen war. Ich ging zur Rezeption und habe es bemängelt und es wurde gesagt das geht garnicht, am nächsten Tag wurde der Halter der Duschbrause angeklebt (ok einfachste Lösung, billig halt), der Boden wurde dann anscheinend nur am Eingang gesaugt (da der Plastikbecher sich nicht bewegt hatte), das Bad war unter dem Waschtisch schimmelig- schmutzig und auch der untere Rand der Fliesenkante, Staubwischen im Zimmer wurde auch gross geschrieben :-( Der Plastikbecher befand sich übrigens auch noch am Abreisetag unter dem Bett und das war nach mehreren Tagen. Leider kann man so etwas nicht weiterempfehlen. 0 Sterne von uns.
