From the time we arrived, we found check in so easy and Bethany was really pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked
