"Average hotel. Overpriced for what they offer"

"The hotel is outdated; room descriptions and pictures are vastly different than the actual rooms (not in a good way), hotel tries to charge you for every little thing, did not have hot water, rust everywhere, several buildings are not handicap accessible, very overpriced for what you get."

She was able to accommodate my best friend and I because we had a wedding to go to the same day we checked in. And helped with allowing us to check in early. Our room was clean. And the area was beautiful."

"Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and the front desk clerk was very professional and friendly. Gave clear instruction on how to get to our room. Our room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. I’m glad they had an iron and ironing board because it was well used. Breakfast was fresh with quite a few options. We didn’t have time for the pool, as it was overcast and sort of cold anyway."

"Nice-sized suites. Friendly staff. BUT IT IS NOT AT THE SPECTRUM, it is off Lake Forest, at Rockfield. Once checked in, Hint, park in the underground parking on the left side of the building to avoid the long walk from the lobby to the elevators."
