The posted pictures are current with them only taken last summer. We are currently decorating some of the rooms to bring them up to standard and we have a very strict protocol on room cleaning to guarantee the property and every room is never dirty. We do however appreciate you taking the time to post your comments. Thank you.

We would like to start by apologizing for your experience. Unfortunately we cannot control the time of day that the city empty the dumpsters but we will place a request with them not to do it during the early hours in the future. The room you had stayed in has been checked this morning and there is no evidence of any wiring issues or wires sticking out.

We have very strict measures in place to ensure, to the best of our abilities that this does not occur. That would include us utilizing a specialized company on a monthly basis that uses trained dogs to inspect all our rooms along with preventative treatments.

We are in the process of modernizing and updating all our rooms.

We apologize for your inconvenience. We do have a fairly new staff member working the night shift when you arrived. Although it may of seemed like a half hour wait, upon reviewing the camera footage it was closer to ten minutes as the staff member ensured accuracy of your check in. However, he will receive further training shifts prior to working alone again.
