No exhaust in The washroom, The TV was very dark very hard to watch a hockey game when you can’t see a, There was blood on one of the toilet paper rolls, A weird stain on the floor between the two beds, Lack of coffee supplies when we got into the room, a.k.a. one pack of sugar. The restaurant in the hotel itself it was very very pricey. However, the staff is very friendly. We will not stay there again.

Our door did not work. House keeping did not service our room. The hotel was super noisy both Friday and Saturday night. Both chairs in the room were covered with stains. On the plus side the beds and pillows were comfortable.

I switched to this hotel as it advertised accessibility. My husbands wheelchair didn’t FIT in the door and also we were on the 6th floor, that makes no sense for physically challenged guests. This was also made aware to the property PRIOR to our arrival. Also why provide a room service menu when the service isn’t provided? Overall not great.

Check-in staff were very unfriendly. We were tired after a long day of travel and he was short with us during the check-in process. Got to our room and there wasn’t a single towel. Phoned the front desk multiple times and finally asked for towels. They never came. An hour later I went to the lobby and found housekeeping and they were very kind and gave me towels. Then the elevators stopped working and didn’t get fixed until the next day.

We were unimpressed from the start of our stay. From the front desk staff not informing us of our restaurant options, to the room being about half the size of a standard sized room. The room felt like an after thought as it was right beside the elevators and was tiny. We also paid for a queen bed room and it was without a doubt only a double. If you get booked into room 346, you will feel like Harry Potter living under the stairs. You have been warned.

This hotel is close to everything that you need. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge, microwave and coffee pot in rhe room. There is a restaurant and lounge in the hotel.

Not very happy with this hotel. Hotel was listed as breakfast available, however they have changed things and there is no breakfast at all. The paint is bubbled on the walls, electrical sockets missing covers and black soot around edges, locking mechanism to balcony door extremely loose….and the list goes on. When I checked out they could not provide me with a copy of the bill for two nights for two rooms. I found out later I was charged for two movies despite not watching any while I was there. I tried 3 different times to have the charges reversed but each time was told that the person who can authorize this was not working. I would not stay here again.
