"The bathroom smelled and I asked John the manager if it could be clean and he said no because I was only there for one night. When it came to go to sleep the sheets had dirt and stains on it, I was changed to another room and it had stains on it and the third had hair on the bed and no heat. Other guest slammed the door for 3 hours straight. This is not the hotel if you want staff invested in your comfortably staff, it’s a take what we give you and don’t complain hotel. "

"Opened room door and a cockroach was on the bed. The elevator smelled bad. The attendant took a long time to come and do check in there was no sign to call or ring a bell."

"2 adults 2 kids and we had plenty of room. Thoughtful layout. Gym had what I needed. Wish we had more time to check out the fire pit and use the outdoor grills. Breakfast was good. "

"Waited 2 day's for a return phone call reguarding check in. Tv in bedroom didnt work. I had to call them several times and they still didnt do what they said about checkin concerns. It also seemed like the premium room upgrade that i was promised then finally given was not as good as the cheaper room. It just seemed like something else to worry about. No tv in a $200 a night room?"
