"Staff very helpful, room very clean and comfortable, right in the village so close to everything. Only issue we had was the bed was only a double so small and was pushed up against the wall so had to climb in from the end or the other side. Everything else was great."

"Beautiful property. Staff were fantastic-particularly liked the complimentary shuttle/car service to the village (every 15 minutes or on demand) Food was good-grilled cheese with tomato soup at mallard was outstanding. We had breakfast in a downstairs restaurant also very good. Belgian hot chocolate 👍 We had a suite which was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable Didn’t love the pool area-chairs in tight rows felt cramped but otherwise, an excellent experience"

"The room (standard queen suite) was spacious and clean and the usable, west facing balcony was a welcome feature. We weren't able to utilize the outdoor recreational area at the back of the hotel but hope to be able to experience it in the future. Disappointed the onsite restaurant offered only drip coffee and pub style food but plenty of seating, both indoors and out."

"All was good other than the fact that we could hear the people in the next room clearly, and they were not talking loudly. I have recently come back from a long trip where we were in a different hotel every night, and this was by far the worst as far as clearly hearing everything happening in the next room."

"The room was great with a view of the chief. Easy check in. Close to everything downtown has to offer. Parking is an issue. Can’t park near the hotel. Stairs were slippery for our dogs but the back exit was better."

"Great hotel and very clean. Beautiful views. The brewery/restaurant were terrific as well. Parking available. Lots of shops nearby. Our only complaint was the elevator was out so we had to bring all our luggage upstairs but that happens. Very pleased and would stay here again."
