"The hotel was nice and clean. The internet was not working. The gym didn’t open until 7 am and when I asked the front desk the night before if I could go in an hour earlier in the morning they said no. This was very disappointing."

Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh
"Room was great. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. Location was spot on for the train but also for the royal mile. The only downside was check in. The staff were not very friendly and it was awkward to find our room. We were told to go down this way to find floor 4. There was a lift ..."
