All of the staff were wonderful - professional, friendly, responsive. We had a double queen suite with mountain view. Room was huge. View was very nice (too bad they couldn't control the clouds/rain that eventually blocked it). Our room was missing bath towels and cups but those were quickly remedied. ...

Koi Story Cabin
Lovely outdoor seating areas near the lake. The fireplace, electric and temperature control, brought warmth and coziness to the cabin. Would have liked a way to brew fresh coffee.
