"Overall the building and rooms are clean, not spotless or brand new but good enough to sleep a couple of nights. Very quiet rooms and easy parking access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they don't provide a full service kitchen or breakfast buffet but there's many other restaurants very near the hotel that you can go to."
"Rooms were very dirty. Pet hair in the sheets. We had another guest in the pool yelling and swearing at our kids. We told the front desk they just said “ok”. Will never stay here again "
"Updated and clean space. Nothing fancy but I appreciated that I didn’t feel like I wasted my money. Breakfast was basic but they had eggs and sausage and protein yogurts só all in all, a good stay that was just what I expected for the price. Again I appreciate that it was clean."
"Highly recommend. Stayed in the Comfort Inn in Boise the night before and it was a dump. This one in Jerome is very very nice and would definitely stay here again. Extremely clean and well kept, fresh and extensive breakfast bar, lots of choices. Bed was really comfy and room was very quiet. All great things!"
"Room was on the smaller side but renovated and clean. Towels and bar soap are the only provided necessities… no shampoo/conditioner, iron, or hair dryer which is fine if I’d known to bring my own. We were informed at check in that there was no air conditioning but could have a box fan. The room got very warm since it was a hot April day. The beds were inner spring and very firm. The few staff we met were all very nice."
