"The hotel was extremely busy, but really could do with some deeper cleaning. In our room, the sink wouldn't drain of water for ages, assuming blocked with multiple visitors toothpaste spit! There was a clump of someone's hair on the floor, and generally dust and some hair found in the toilet and shower area. We ended up buying a pack of disinfectant wipes and cleaned the room ourselves! The corridors smelled of sweat and the carpets were filthy. One of the lifts was out of order so it was a lot quicker to use the stairs for the amount of visitors trying to use the other 2 lifts On the plus side, there were vending machines with ample choices of snacks and drinks and coffee. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so can't comment on them. For the price, we expected budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority. "

"I’ve stayed in Melia hotels previously and have been impressed, so it was extremely disappointing to have this experience here: Screws visible and masking tape on the wall next to the toilet (I think a phone used to be here), carpet and bathroom walls not clean, privacy blind/curtain missing from half of the window (only 1 of 2 was there), reading/bed light on one side didn’t work and the other side the light was barely attached to the wall. "The hotel is the wordt I have ever stayed really don book in here the rooms are okay but that is it everything is far you have to take uber always and the zone is terrible and insecure if you are on a budget even consider it because you are going to pay the same on uber."
