"The room was clean, and the pool in the center made for an interesting experience, as you could look down on it from each room. Usually, rooms get very dry because of the heaters, but perhaps because of the pool, it wasn't overly dry. I remember the good time spent drinking coffee on the balcony while looking at the closed pool. While there was a slight smell from the pool, the staff's kindness and the many other advantages made it easy to forget."

"We booked last minute for the winter carnival and there were only very few rooms left. The staff was so nice to accommodate us upon checking in. She asked us which floor we want. But when we realized that the room that was initially given was far from the hotel entrance, she was so nice to gave us another room. Breakfast is not included. However, they give free coffee and some fruits and drinks in the morning!"
