"This has to be one of the cleanest and best ran old school motels I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t usually stay at motels because most of them are dirty and run down. The owner is very nice and takes pride in providing a clean affordable place to stay. Highly recommended if you are in Perry. "

"The room had an odor that may have been mold. I sprayed Fabreze in the room and it helped for the night. When we returned to the room the second night the smell had returned. There were bugs in the shower.
When I reported the issues to management they wrote the room number and said they would address it. No apologies for the issues or offers to assist with the problem.
Would not recommend staying here other than it was quiet."

"When we arrived at the room at 8 pm, the room was cleaned soon before. Chemicals smelled horrible, and the floor of the room entrance and bathroom were slipery.
Next evening when we arrived back, the room and bathroom were untouched, beds not done, bathroom a mess. Horrible. "

"There was plenty of parking but it was not very secure. The staff were indifferent to me and my requests. The room was dirty and the toilet was nasty. There was no breakfast provided but only 10 percent off at Hardee’s with my hotel receipt. The room wall looked like the bed was moved over 5 feet and a scar on the wall remained."
