Room was nice and clean, no AC, no loundry service to the customers. Bike rental locate city tourist office, not on site.

"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie.
Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit groĆem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten.
Ich hatte nicht das GefĆ¼hl, dass meine EinwƤnde jemanden sonderlich interessiert hƤtten.
Das einzige ZugestƤndnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natĆ¼rlich nicht erstattet.
Die Mƶbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine TĆ¼r hatte in der Duschkabine...

"Es ist ein wunderbarer Platz das Schloss (aufpassen sollte man bei der Buchung nicht in den Plattenbau Sonnenscheibe zu kommen) was von der Inneneinrichtung aber in die Jahre gekommen ist aber dennoch Sauber ist.
Was aber gar nicht ging war das Personal (einzelne haben sich dann doch bemĆ¼ht, wenn man Ihnen klares Feedback gegeben hat, aber insgesamt fehlt es an einer guten FĆ¼hrung und Organisation)
Man fĆ¼hlt sich nicht als wilkommener Gast sondern wird Ć¼berwacht, dass man keine Minute lƤnger den...
