The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and even looking at my list of things to see and restaurants to visit, adding a couple of her own recommendations. The room was fantastic with a big comfy bed and a great shower. Parking was also not difgicult."

"The hitel is very charming, especially the courtyard inside. Lovely clean rooms, though the street noise from people walking past the window which faced a narrow street was annoying till well after midnight. Staff are very cheerful and kind. We had booked parkig which is in the basement with a steep ramp. Beware to get to the hotel by car you need to go through a barrier and bollards by pressing a button. You then drive through a semi pedestrianised area around the Mosque-Cathedral to get to the hotel. The breakfast was disappointing from a vegetarians point of view as bacon, sausages and eggs were kept next to each other and people were using the same spoons to serve meat and eggs. So, we had only croissants and coffee and therefore a waste of money. "
