"We had arranged late check-in and received a code for the key safe at our door. The code was 5 digits but the key safe only required 4. We rang the after hours number and received a new 4-digit code that didn't work. A second code also didn't work. Thankfully after 4 phone calls and 45 minutes we finally got a working code and entry into our room. The Wifi password didn't work, making it difficult to book accommodation at further destinations.
