"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning...

"This was our third stay, and it somehow keeps getting better every time. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and were welcomed so warmly—it truly felt special from the moment we arrived. The team goes above and beyond, creating an experience that feels both personal and effortless. Our suite was incredible, and every detail of our stay exceeded expectations. Even in the hours before our departure, when we were quietly dealing with the loss of our beloved dog, the kindness and care around us meant more than we could fully express.
