Hampton Inn Eau Claire
The pool/hot tub was down and unusable. When we checked in we were told about this and offered to cancel and go somewhere else. It would have been nice to get a call before we drove 4 hours to get to the hotel. Front desk staff was not friendly. but room was clean and comfortable.
