"Window coverings would not open or close, AC didn’t work, room was super bland. Barking dog for hours in next room, loud noises from room above us, people running down the halls at almost midnight. We spent two nights and moved rooms after the first night, which helped the window coverings. The room was just ok, not in great repair, and the staff weren’t super concerned with helping fix any of the issues. We had to really push to be moved to a different room. Would not recommend."

"The room was in another place that didn't even say Tropicana but it was very old it didn't have anything comfortable that I didn't like because I rented it was to Tropicana I didn't understand that besides the parking super far away too and don't see nobody from staff help me "

"Stayed here 3 times now and it’s been great every time. It’s quiet, rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Not sure you’re going to find a better hotel in the area for the price. Each time I’ve stayed here I’ve received a better room than what I’ve paid for without asking. The staff is great too, the nice man at the front desk called me about an hour after I checked in to let me know my car lights on by accident. Turns out I mistakenly pressed my hazard button while grabbing my stuff out of the car and didn’t realize. The location is about 10-15 min from AC which is more than reasonable for anyone looking for a cheap and clean stay. Looking forward to coming back again in the future. "
