"Wad of human hair stuck to side of shower. Ewww!! Also out of body wash. Makes you wonder what else they’re skipping. Other than that it was ok"

"The bed was terrible, the shower had mold in it, the bathroom sink was very slow to drain and you could hear everything happening outside of the room."

"The property is pretty outdated. We went ahead and stayed because we like Oxford Suites, but this one does not deliver like others that we have stayed at before. Rooms are really small and outdated you can hear everything through the walls, bathroom is just one roll from the bed, making it not ideal for privacy, no fan in the bathroom. One thing that Oxford Suites is known for is their evening reception, this was another area that lacked. Then came the 7am breakfast…. It was not ready until well after the opening scheduled time. Once it did open it really lacked the quality and service that Oxford Suites have been offering at other properties. This property was more money than other hotels in the area, I was thinking it would be worth it since we had stayed at several Oxfords but this place missed the mark."

"Good location. Cable TV was horrible. Bathroom size was a closet. Overall, suited the quick overnight stay with a decent breakfast. "

"I was disappointed in Best Western condition. We stayed in 3 different locations. Only one had a very friendly and helpful staff at check in. All of them look uninviting from the outside. However all three seemed to be updated inside and were pretty clean. We use to stay in Best Western when we were younger and enjoyed our stay. We did not eat breakfast in two of them as breakfast served in a different building. "

"Oxford inn is a nice place to stay if you stay one or two nights. Any longer than that, their customer services goes down hill. I stayed 4 nights. They did not clean my room or treat me like a guest when it came to Social hour. Will stay somewhere else next time."
