"Hot tubs were fantastic when you can find an open one. And the whole hotel smelled very clean. The rooms were decent, I think I just had a defective room. There was a loud chirping noise coming from the square cut out in the ceiling above my bed that drove me so crazy that I checked out the same night and decided to start my long drive home and stopped to sleep in my pickup. They offered no reimbursement or apology, or even offer to look and see what it was to try and fix it. They were fully booked as it was prom night so I didn’t want to be a Karen about the situation so I just checked out and left all within 6 hours of checking in. "

"the hallways were littered with scraps of garbage, the toilet in my room wouldn’t stop running after flushing all night, my room smelled like mold, the pool and hot tub area was closed down but there was only ONE sign posted for all 3 entrances, i went in the side door on second floor they didn’t have a sign for and the pool area was just nasty. I left out the main door and then saw the one sign saying the pool was closed."

"The motel was very affordable, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the room heater was abysmally loud .....approximating the sound of an F 16 Eagle fighter jet taking off the deck of a Ford class aircraft carrier on full after burner!! It was impossible to regulate it. Apart from high-quality earplugs,the only solution was to completely shut it down for the night (even though it was 26°F outside). But knowing full well what the situation would be, the motel staff did provide a very comfortable duvet to sleep under. My suggestion would be for the administrative staff to spend $75 to get a qualified maintenance technician to correct this malfunctioning heater The other problem is the fact that the breakfast was virtually nonexistent other than a few hyper glucose infused sugary treats that only seven or eight-year-old children would love. So the best solution is to obviously bring healthy food with you in order to enjoy breakfast the next morning."
