The hotel is located 20 mins walk from castle but 50 mins from main tourist areas in the old town. However, there is a tram service that runs regularly."

"Exceptionally warm and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable room. Needs additional furniture to put away folded clothing especially for longer stays"

"Great location. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Spacious and clean room. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard. The shower has only a piece of glass to stop the water from spilling out into the bathroom but it’s very small and water gets all over the floor. Not very safe. Overall a positive experience."
