"We stayed for 3 nights with our elderly aunt and uncle. We all thought the staff and property were excellent and would stay again. My request for an accessible room for them was honoured and this made their stay much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent quality. It was smaller than the other hotel we stayed in Prague and this made it more comfortable and convenient. The staff were professional and polite. Would definitely stay again on a future visit. The only negatives for us were the lifts were small and slow and it’s on a narrow road which made getting in and out of taxis difficult for our elderly aunt and uncle."

"We stayed 2 nights along with our elderly aunt and uncle. It is a good hotel and we felt it was clean and comfortable, so would stay again. Unfortunately our relations didn’t get an accessible room even though we requested it. This made it more difficult for them but they still enjoyed the stay. The breakfast buffet was extensive and food good, but as the different food stations are spread out and duplicated in the very large dining room on the first morning it was a bit overwhelming. We didn’t try the bar or restaurant so can’t say anything about them. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. A minor quibble was that the concierge desk was never occupied when we came through the lobby so I’m not convinced they actually have one."

"Location excellent for those wishing to stay out of the main city but still very close to it - it is only 10 mins by public transport to main shopping area. Breakfast buffet extensive and tasty. Room decor good but in need of a coat of paint in some areas. Will definitely stay here again. "

"My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. Downsides were minor, such as confusing light switches. It took me a while to figure out which switch worked which light. There were no drawers anywhere, which was an astonishing ommission. Though wardrobe space was OK for my stuff. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries."
