"Handicap parking unavailable first night. Car parked with no plaque. Rain, the whole weekend, water puddles everywhere. Second night got handicapped spot, water puddles, so deep. Doors were supposed to be open at 7am were locked all day.. Room Key cut off at by 10am on check out Day. Notice while attempting to load my vehicle. Hotel Receptist.spend over 25 minutes with one customer, while other was ignored. I was Privilege with other staff personal infomation, ex: one manager will not answer her phone on Sunday while in church. Another live in the Hotel. Etc."

"When is started coming to this property a few years ago, it was clean and I was impressed with everything about it. The rooms were spotless. I always bring my own cleaning products when I come to a hotel just cause I used to work in a hotel and know that housekeepers only actualky clean certain places in the room and the rest is just spot cleaning. But when I came here there was not a spot of dust or dirty spot go clean, I checked. But that was a few years ago. Now the remote looked like they got it out the trash, let it get grimy and put it on the coffee table fir the next guests to use. The bathtub drain kept getting stopped up which I turned somehow to make it stay up but it was a very slow drain so that didn't help, I was still standing in dirty water taking a shower. And there was no plunger in the room. The counter tops abd coffee table were dusty and dirty. And I kept hitting my knees on the end of the bed frame because the mattress doesn't fit the whole bed frame and the pointy end of the frame was sticking out. The TV's needed a manual to come on. We got it on but whoever was in the room before us put a device, probably a fire stick in the TV and we couldn't get it off the menu. We called the maintenance guy and he eventually got it on but even he said, he had never seen that happen before because it took him a while to get it on the channels. Then the closed caption wouldn't disappear but we didn't want to make a big deal of that, as long as we could watch it."

"Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Cute place. Looks like an older home with common areas that you're welcome to use. I booked the twin bed room and it was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. Pictures of rooms and the grounds were accurate. The only thing that I wish was different was the rug in the room. I wouldve preferred tile or wood. However I would still stay here again if Im ever in the area. Also close to town, shops, restaurants."
