"The gym was small but equipped with water. The pool was filled with some kind foam kinda looked like soap with sand on the floor probably from last year but the kids enjoyed it and it was blue and clear, I was scared to get in only because of the bubbles and it wasn't heated ( it didn't need to be). But open and the room could use a deep cleaning there was dust and black stuff on the chairs and floor however, the towel area was clean and organized. We are really glad the pool was open! You can walk to the quiet side of the beach along the main road. About 4 blocks and crossing a main street fyi, There is some kind of meter parking strictly enforced and only a few and this was early early season April 2nd. Hotel is clean for the areas used but could use some wall baseboards and shower mold cleanings to finish and polish. There was an attempt to clean old vomit (I guess) off the wall but still was there when we checked, I told the front desk they took care of it immediately. None of these issues turned our stay away from having a nice time in Rehoboth/Dewey and the staff were great."

"Pet friendly nice hotel by the bay side of Dewey Beach. The hotel was very conveniently located. Restaurants on property and walking distance. The staff was amazing and handle my issue swiftly. We stayed in one of the newer 3 bedroom condominiums, which I highly recommend upgrading to. The main rooms were great as well. I would definitely recommend."
