"There is no gift shop. The r Hotel restaurants are closed on Sunday."

"The hotel was overpriced and lacked basic supplies like coffee and tea. The mattress was extremely hard, causing me severe pain and making me miss my front row show with Robert Plant. The bathroom baseboard was filthy with residue. The layout was confusing, making it hard to find anything. The parking fee was excessive. Checking in was a hassle; no one was at the desk when we arrived, and a nearby hostess ignored my daughter’s request for help. Fortunately, a kind food server came to assist us. The hotel needs a better check-in system, like a phone or buzzer, since they mentioned using a camera to monitor guests. We waited 10 minutes before the clerk came out to check us in."

"Nice place. Easy to get to. Rooms are great. We had a King Suite, loved the additional space. No complaints and we would return. The casino is slot machines only - entertainment. Non smoking floor with a smoking area completely separate. No frills - just a nice place to stay."

"There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing outside on an empty street, with no eye witnesses with thousands of dollars of gear, stressed because I couldn't find the check-in code. I messaged customer service and NEVER heard back until they messaged to remind me of checkout details. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to check in. And I had to be up at 9am for a radio show. When I asked for a partial refund, I was offered a discount on a future stay. Since I am rarely in Louisville, I insisted on the refund. Customer service said they would look into it and never got back to me. Don't stay here if you value timely, responsive communication from the hotel. Plus the floors are uneven. Lots of soft spots that feel like you could fall through to another world."
