"Room very comfortable and clean. Bed and pillows great and coffee replenished and plentiful. Only thing I would say is it is not clear if fridge in room is working. It appeared to be cold one day but not next. Food and service at bar were both lovely."

"The hotel staff were excellent, warm and welcoming. Our room was a standard double , and catered for everything we needed and potentially what we may need during our stay. Our room faced the garden so was nice and quiet , though I will say if you faced the street , it would have been the same experience as the hotel is on a quiet street. It is centrally located , and only a few minutes walk to Princess Street , restaurants , bars and shops and some of the sights Edinburgh has to offer. The quality of the cooked breakfast was top notch and plenty of alternative options if you wished a “healthier” or “lighter” option to start your day. Check out was not to 12 midday, providing you with a much more relaxed morning before you leave. If we come back to Edinburgh , Voco Hotel is definitely high on my list to return.
