Great hotel. Really nice location. Lakeside resturant & lounge top notch. However for a couple of nights there was a dog on my floor barking continually. Disruptive to say the least.

Very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Receptionist HEENA was very warm and attentive—great service. Would definitely stay again.

Sandman Hotel & Suites Kelowna
The hotel had a sign on the door for the room next to us that they were removing asbestos, with the door sometimes open. No plastic....nothing. Was a nice sized unit. Lots of stairs. Came with an attached small one car garage. Beds comfy. Nice size kitchen with dishes and pots and pans.

Studio = Murphy bed, a double I believe. Had to pull it down myself. Terrible mattress. 😣 Unit 203a. Needs renovations and updates. Overpriced for value.
