"Good location and helpful staff, but we were checked in 30 minutes late (4:30pm instead of 4pm like we had originally expected). We reserved a room for 4 adults but checked in only 3. And were provided one king bed instead of 2 queen as we expected. The mattress was worn-out and sinking."
