"The suite we got was just about in great condition. The only things that bothered me I could tell the bedding had not been changed as there were fecal stains on the blanket that i unfortunately did not notice until i pulled off the sheets the next day to make sure they were replaced for the next guest. Luckily the stains were on the side that I was not laying in. Breakfast was over by the time my family and I arrived. That was my mistake as I was used to breakfast hours from other hotels. The website does advertise two pools but I’m not sure if one was out of order or I just was not able to access. The hot tub at the main pool by the office was also out of order. The furniture by the pool needs to be cleaned it was very uncomfortable sitting on them as the filth was visible. The staff was great very polite. My kids really enjoyed the stay so much they wanted to move in. It was just minor details that can be fixed. "

"Still waiting to hear from Expedia about my refund considering I was only at this hotel for 4 hours before I had to leave. I was switched to 3 different rooms. All of them had issues. The first room, the lock was malfunctioning and would lock me in. The second room smelled like sewage and the third room didn’t have a safety lock nor did it have hot water… "

"I highly recommend for solo and family travelers!! The Staff displayed excellent hospitality and kindness (a very special shout out to Brenda and Gabriella)!! The airport is walking distance and the location felt safe and provided many options for dining and was central to other shopping experiences too. "

"Easy check in, area is a little dated. Stayed on first floor and outside patio areas has little sound cancellations. Could hear neighbors conversation like they were sitting in my room. "

"Was the worst place a ever stay, nasty and when I told the front desk girl, she just roll the eyes in my, is a crack heads place, if you planing to stay with your family, don’t do it please, NASTY"

"No toilet paper & soap in room. Front desk closes at 10 so you are stuck until 9 am the next morning if any issues arise. "
