"It was very nice. It was very expensive to the pint of being ridiculously pricey! Most staff were a good a few had a bit of an attitude if they thought you look like you didn’t have money. Overall nice hotel to stay and great location."

"Staff were phenomenal. Great location, steps away from Circular Quay, the Opera House, and the Botanical Gardens. Very convenient for shopping or sightseeing. The only drawback is that the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30 am, so no morning room service for coffee. The in-room coffee is instant."

"Excellent hotel and staff, in a great location. I’ve stayed at The Grace several times over the years and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Sydney. My only comments are that the mattress was too soft and hard on my back. I don’t usually get back issues. Would also be nice to have a couch, as there’s plenty of room, and a second dining chair. "

"Slight issue with a leaky shower but staff were super helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Great location for our purposes as it’s incredibly close to Central station. Definitely will stick with this option over staying nearby Olympic park for future concerts."
