"We stayed 2 night in the Hotel, the room had comforts bed and good size bathroom overall it was nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's in good location with shops and train station and buses. We were disappointed with the some of staff at reception desk, they weren't helpful also we couldn't book spa when we checked in. "

I was initially offered the public toilet in the hotel and then the leisure centre changing area. I phoned on the way to the hotel to see if the room was ready and was given the same answer as to the room availability and the area we could change in....
