El Ganzo is a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Staff are excellent

Perfectly located in downtown and everything has been thought through to make your stay feel really special. Great breakfasts too.

Beautiful property, calm and relaxing atmosphere, plenty of pools and green areas to enjoy. The restaurants offer really good options and excellent service.

The property is very upscale. All rooms are ocean-view and very spacious. Food is exquisite (no dinner buffets). I've never had an 8-piece tasting menu paired with wines at an all-inclusive. It was amazing! All 5 restaurants were excellent. Diane, our concierge, ensured each day that everything was perfect for us. She was super nice and such a big help with coordinating everything.

Lovely setting and so very relaxing. Beautiful buildings and rooms. Top quality restaurants and drinks!!!

Excellent location; the bed is so comfortable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious, freshly made, with plenty of options. There is free parking and easy access from your car to the lift up to reception and the rooms. There are superstores nearby with food halls and a Starbucks. The beach is across the road, a 5-minute walk.
