Mariënhage Boutique Hotel

"We liked the cleanliness and layout of the room. The location was an easy walk to the train station (without bags if you’re in your 60’s). Staff were very helpful, even made a to-go bag when we had to catch a flight before breakfast was served. The stairs from the elevator to the room were an annoyance, and the door handle on our room was partially unscrewed."

"The facilities of the hotel are excellent. The only shame is the woodland cabins appear to be removing the kids playground. The reception staff at check in weren't very helpful, we had a tiring train journey and just needed a run around for the boys but they suggested outside of the hotel, they didn't realise they had a playground. Outside of the hotel, little Switzerland is lovely in the woods but there needed better pedestrian access from the hotel. The pool indoors is great, we had kids so couldn't g outside, but meant the indoors was great for the kids. The robot was a bit of a shame, we wanted to use for ice cream but if the phone is on mute you won't know it's there and we ended up with it an hour late, melted and no refund. Restaurant in the hotel - all the food is lovely, very tasty and something for most people."

"Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were incredible and so so helpful with everything from luggage storage, local transport and even getting us some miniature butter packets to make ourselves sandwiches. We requested a fridge to store medicine and it was delivered into our hotel room before we checked in. The beds are next level comfortable and the shower was like a spa shower! Already planning our next visit to Eindhoven and will definitely stay here again."

"Great location just a short walk to Efteling. Very friendly and helpful staff with great tips such as buying drinks from the local Supermarket to take to Efteling. They let us park our car for free early on our check in day, and issued us our key too so we could head straight to the room at the end of the day in the theme park. Can't praise the staff enough."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room with great facilities. Great restaurant and breakfast facilities. A lovely atmosphere with friendly vibes. We were able to store our bikes safely too. Great value for money. Would highly recommend."

"Ok. This is a very nice hotel maybe the best that I have personally stayed at while in Europe. I had a spacious room a refrigerator, nice comfy bed. There were Amenities to spare. Nice pool nice work out facility great restaurants and some other fun things for adults to do. It is highly recommended and if I came to Eindhoven this is absolutely one place I would stay. The other place would be the other Van Der Valk property in the area."
