"All around a terrible experience
Upon arrival the assistant manager checked us in and didn’t care to get off of a personal phone call while doing so
We were here for an event so prices were high everywhere but we spent $190 a night for the room
The A/C unit was extremely loud all night long and never got the room very cool, the tub for the shower wouldn’t drain, and the room needed a better cleaning job
The next two days while we were at our event there was no “do not disturb” sign in our room, so the cleaning service came in. Both days the only thing that was done was the AC unit was turned completely off and the room was 85+ degrees when we returned. We have a 4 month old baby with us and this made it miserable as it took the unit at least 6 hours to cool the room back off
When I went down to talk to the assistant manager about this, she again didn’t care to get off of her personal phone call and didn’t offer to do any action about it other than “I’ll try to figure out who it was”
I would expect substantially more out of a 50 dollar hotel much less 200 a night, absolutely unacceptable"
