"I stayed here for a week and found the hotel, and especially the staff, amazing. This very reasonably-priced luxury hotel has a most attractive classical Egyptian theme throughout and everything is kept spotlessly clean I requested a room looking out over the Nile and it was well worth the little extra it cost. The food - breakfast, lunch and dinner - was all to a very high standard, the service was great, and the cost was almost embarassingly low for such quality. The Italian restaurant has a very talented chef and I ate there most evenings. The rooftop bar and pool are a great bonus. Every single member of staff I had dealings with was friendly, cheerful and most helpful. I make special mention of Marina, Katherine and Fatma (front of office supervisors) and Naglaa (housekeeper supervisor) and their staff who looked after me so well. Thank you. I will be back! ."

The store they had to shop in were such a great touch and made buying souvenirs much easier but they were hidden … they should be promoted more by the hotel …. "Had a great stay here! Spent two nights and, as a solo female traveler, felt safe and comfortable here. It was located in a good area and had nice amenities like a pool, bar, and good menu of items at their rooftop restaurant (the kofta was fantastic).
