This is a very tired property that desperately needs updating. Our room was not clean finding trash under the bed and killed a cockroach in the bathroom. In the morning at the breakfast they offer the staff either had friends or other employees hanging around and were so loud. Very unprofessional. Would not stay here again.

It was a reasonable priced place to lay my head. The folks at the desk were helpful, polite and busy. The room; smelled awful, hair in the sink, other hair on the toilet behind where the seat attaches and the entire facility looks painfully shabby and dated. Does not represent the Quality Inn & Suites name unless they have lowered their standards considerably!

Overall an ok place to stay. It was for only one night so I can deal with it. The room had a smell maybe from cleaning products. Three trains came through blasting their horn. That was probably the worst part.

Poor customer service, virtually no breakfast
There was only one set of towels and no soap in the room when we arrived and we are a family of 4. I had to go to the front desk and ask for these items. Front desk clerk told my husband that breakfast is from 7 to 10 am. In the morning, we went to get breakfast at 8.30 am. My husband was there 15 min earlier. He said that the front desk lady removed all the eggs and sausages right after he came. So there was nothing there to eat except cereal, waffles and yogurt. When I asked the lady about the eggs and if she was going to add more, she said she was busy because she had a lot of check outs in the morning. We waited for another 10-15 min, she just added some bananas but no eggs or sausage. If you can find another hotel stay somewhere else, staff here doesn’t really care about your experience. It was a last minute stay for us and it was the only hotel available for this area, so we had no choice.

This was a convenient location at a fair price. If you want a more fancy place you will have to pay more, however for the low price, this place was adequate for my stay.

When we got to the hotel they required 150 cash deposit for damages we may make to the room… they had no form to fill out just an envelope that they had us sign. When we got to our room it smelled so bad like smoke and mildew. They did not offer us another room or try rectifying the situation. All they said is since you told us you can have your deposit back in the morning. When we went down in the morning to eat breakfast we asked for the shady deposit bavk and we were told we had to drive around to the front of the building before they would return it. They did return it but this was shady as it gets…

The hotel is well maintained. Staff was friendly. Had an issue: we’re asked if wanting housekeeping. My reply was “NO”!!! The housekeeping ignored and enter our room without permission. We’re upset and I complain to the office. Office staff on Saturday evening showed no concern.

Property definitely needs to be updated (bed cover had burn hole, carpet old and dirty. Room had been cleaned, but not well. Whatever they used to clean the room had an overpowering smell. We were glad that we didn't have to spend too much time in the room. Couldn't get wifi to work. Won't stay there again.

we were to have 2 rooms adjoining both booked early, and they rented the adjoining room, and place the other of my party on the second floor at the oppisite of the hotel, not really good booking for early on line booking :( :(

Night clerk was very pleasant and professional, morning clerk was just okay. We booked a2 queen room in advance and the room was only socked with two towels and wash clothes. We we in a handicap room but the door was so hard to open, i don't see how anyone with mobility issues could even get the door open, much less maneuver through it.

This was the most disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed. The musty smell was overpowering and everything was so dirty that my husband and I were afraid to get into the bed. The rug had huge stains on it, the doors were caked in dirt and the shower area was repulsive.

The room was very outdated and dirty. There were spiderwebs in the corner of the ceiling, the shower wasn’t clean and the trash outside the stairwell was overflowing.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Not sure what happened within a year but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Perfect if you don’t mind the midnight visitors (Roaches) that like to crawl across the headboard.

Needed a pet friendly room for a one night stay while visiting family. Very polite staff, affordable, comfortable and sufficiently clean for one night's sleep and a shower.

The staff, including housekeepers and the maintenance man were all very professional and super friendly. The downside of our 6 day / 5 nite stay was first, that the swimming pool was not only not openned as the website said... but a nasty green in color and no one even working on it. It looked like a storage area for garden hoses and broken parts. There was also no continental breakfast as the website also stated. Instead, you can request a to-go lunch bag with a bottle of water and a small blueberry muffin. You can request a frozen breakfast burrito or taco that can be microwaved. Juice and coffee were available in the lobby. Another downside was there was no housekeeping service except for 1 day. (You get to pick the day). If you want fresh towels or linen, You must take your used ones to the front office and request fresh ones. Same thing with garbage bags and ice bucket bags, Cups, and coffee for in room coffee machine. If you have full garage cans, you have to take the bags out to the dumpster if you want to keep a semi-clean room for yourself. We had requested a handicap accessible Room as my wife is wheelchair / Scooter bound. While the bathroom did have the shower seat we had requested & grab bars at the toilet and shower, there wasn't any near the sink and vanity or anywhere else in the Room. The set up for the room was very difficult for someone in a wheelchair as we had to rearrange some of the furniture to make it somewhataccessible for her.

This property has NEVER been updated.. the updates that were pointed out to me were New Headboards 😳. The tv was antiquated . They need to rip the carpet out and install laminate or equivalent. Whoever cleaned the room didn’t clean behind anything and the room phone hadn’t been wiped down in weeks possibly months. The previous occupant left a deposit in the toilet that was still there when I checked in. Overall only stay here if you’re Desperate
