"I check in Tuesday, every single day I have to request a new key to get into my room. Friday as I was in my room somebody else got into my room. They gave my room to somebody else, my reservation was until Sunday. My key once again stop working. TERRIBLE! "

"Great Staff! The mattresses were HORRIBLE! Both beds in our room were the most uncomfortable that we have slept on in years. The property is old and definately needs an upgrade. The A/C's in the room only go down to 70 (they are locked so you cannot have a cooler room)....and they "say" they cannot go any lower. It was very hot sleeping - we were on the second floor. There is no elevator. We did get clean towels in the room each day and garbage emptied. "

"Had a water main break locally so no water for showers or coffee. Staff could have more helpful."

"Walking distance to everything from the bridge area to downtown. Comfy bed, good water pressure, quiet, will definitely stay again when visiting."
